Join the Foundation for Black Excellence and MindfulYou on a journey to understand the connection between Black folks, stress, and mindfulness practices. Mindful You provides holistic well-being and healing justice through stress reduction, intentionally designed with Black people in mind.

This 1-hour session will provide you with education and cultivation of mindfulness practices that go beyond meditation and supports stress reduction and healing justice in a way that is culturally relevant.
